Spotted the role 'Performance Tester' via the Indeed Website, and applied.
Shortly afterwards, I was contacted reference the commonplace 'triage' phone-call, which was completed in the usual pleasant manner.
The follow-up result, was a short videocall with the QA Manager, and another Technical entity. Again, this passed of seemingly well - I was able to answer all questions no problem, due to having some 25 years of testing experience.
It was explained to me that the QA Manager would be on holiday shortly, but they were looking to recruit in the next week or two (for mid-February).
After 2 weeks, and with nothing heard back from them, I emailed my previous contact, to see if there were any updates. Nothing.
A further week on (three weeks since the videocall) I contacted the recruiter via a chat session on their website. Again, nothing.
I now consider it that I've been 'ghosted'.
Another factor in the detail, not specifically interview related, but warrants a mention, is after the first call, I was told the role was 'outside IR35', not a problem for me, but would be a problem for some. The rate was (lowballed) at 300per-day, for which, due to IR35 admin and prior experience, I'd be looking for a little more, which we could work out between us, later.
There was no later, as I said, I've since been ghosted.
Hedgehog lab claim they wish to be 'leaders' in their field.
Having had 25 years plus in the tech industry, this is certainly not the way to achieve it.
