I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at highlevel (Bengaluru) from 22 Jul 2024 to 12 Aug 2024. Extremely unprofessional HR and tech team. The first round was scheduled early morning and at the last moment after waiting for 10 minutes on the link, they rescheduled the interview. 2nd round was an assignment round and getting the feedback after multiple followups was painful. The tech team is too busy for interviews and assignment review. 3rd round was system design. 4th round was culture fit with HR. After strong positive feedback from all the interview panelists and HR, I still wasn't communicated when the offer call will take place. After multiple followups and endless excuses they arranged a call after 5 days from last round. They got back to me with a 9% increase from my last employer. We started the process after discussing a minimum 25% increment. Throughout the process I received strong feedbacks, and after 3 weeks of this, they told me it was a budget issue. They're just wasting everyone's time, the unprofessionalism was unacceptable. 1 - Basic get to know round.
