Erst ein Telefonat, dann ein zweites Gespräch sowie einen Case, um das Skillset zu testen. Freundliches aber tiefgehendes Gespräch, dass einen zum Schwitzen bringt. Sehr zuvorkommend und transparent in der Kommunikation.

Das Gespräch verlief sehr professionell und meine Gegenüber waren zugleich sehr sympatisch und offen. Die Vorstellungsgespräche fanden in mehreren Runden statt (Skype, Case, Gruppengespräch vor Ort). Alles in allem, Vorstellungsgespräche, wie man sie sich wünscht.
