I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at i3 Product Development (Madison, WI) in Nov 2022
Interview
very smooth and straightforward, went through a first round interview and a technical interview on zoom with easy-medium level leetcode questions. the interviewers were very nice and they allowed ample time to complete the coding questions.

Question 1
when have you faced a challenge, and how did you solve it
They had me sit in a room for two hours, with zero interaction with the staff, and make an app. The IDE they provided did not work, I had download a different version. Incredibly disrespectful. They did not even give me the courtesy of telling me whether I got the job or not. This is a terrible company.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at i3 Product Development (Sun Prairie, WI) in Dec 2018
Interview
1) Prescreen interview
2) Technical phone interview
3) Onsite interview that consisted of being given a coding challenge. After a certain period of time, the solution is reviewed and discussed. Afterward, I received a facilities tour.
This method of interviewing was impressive. The coding challenge provided the means for the company to ask questions and the candidate to explain the reasoning behind the code. I thought it was an excellent way for the company to understand the candidate's thought processes, problem solving ability, and the candidate's ability to communicate.
One of the best interviewing processes; beneficial for company and candidate.
