      Operations Interview

      Jul 30, 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at iCore Networks

      Interview

The first step is a phone interview, then a ride along (shadowing), and an additional 3-4 more face-to-face interviews at 3-4 different dates. It's pretty long but they do it for a reason. They want you to see what you're actually getting yourself into before you accept the offer if presented with one.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Why should we hire you if you do not have a college degree?
