I applied online and after a few weeks they emailed me to set up for a phone interview. They asked about a 50/50 of technical and behavioral questions. They asked me things about video games even though my applications had no mention of video games.

If a kid is bullying another kid, how would you deal with it?
Online application and then a zoom interview. Process was really simple and straightforward. They asked basic questions like how you would deal with trouble shooting with parents and kids, and how you handle time management.
Two rounds: you first submit a video of you teaching a lesson it can be on any subject, and then a zoom interview with regional manager where you go over different scenarios and how you would react
Had to record an example of a quick lesson, teaching some material from their list of topics. Then there was a phone interview of behavioral questions, and gauging what topics you understood.
