I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at iD Tech Camps in Feb 2016
Interview
interviewer is friendly.. but she asked mostly behavioral questions. given that this is an instructor position, I expect them to ask technical questions regarding your skill set, what projects have you worked on, what programming languages are you comfortable teaching, the position requires you to work 8 am to 6 pm but gives you a fixed salary over the week
Online application and then a zoom interview. Process was really simple and straightforward. They asked basic questions like how you would deal with trouble shooting with parents and kids, and how you handle time management.
Two rounds: you first submit a video of you teaching a lesson it can be on any subject, and then a zoom interview with regional manager where you go over different scenarios and how you would react
Had to record an example of a quick lesson, teaching some material from their list of topics. Then there was a phone interview of behavioral questions, and gauging what topics you understood.
