HR simply enjoying walking and chit chatting. It takes them 7 hours to conduct a simple round of 10 minutes interview and keep asking to wait and then forget about candidate. Very unprofessional and doesn't hesitate to give sarcastic comments. They make us to give 5 star rating during the last interview round before joining, makes it very unethical organisations.

Question 1
Basic introduction and knowledge about customer services.
First round was basic information gathering round where they have asked about myself and educational background. Then they asked me how did I spent my last day .
Then they assigned me samsung premium and sent me for the next round. Next round was started with the educational background. Then he gave me 2 topics to select from and speak for 2 min. "Online media vs offline media" and "pollution".
