Interview
Reasonable interview process. No leetcode or any other gotchas. Just expect you to be a critical thinker. They were nice and company culture seems good... they seem to care more about the work you do rather than hours and are good with remote work.

They asked about covariates for various situations.
The people I spoke with at iSpot were friendly and laid back. They asked a combination of high-level data science questions, behavioral questions, and coding/machine learning questions on the whiteboard.
