Applied online and moved to a video interview on Wamly, which requires you to self-record live without access to retake the video. Once you start the process, ensure you're confident throughout. Video interview: It starts with asking for your personal information, moves to hypothetical questions regarding dealing with various customer behaviours, and then into the self-recording video. An actual in-person interview is 15 minutes before they capture your fingerprints and you fill in a Lexis Nexis consent form

Asked questions based on my CV + these Tell me about yourself, why do you want to work here, where do you live and what means of transportation(to gauge which stores are near you), I saw this question as a variation of where do you see yourself in 5 years (where does apple fit in the process of your development) & what's your availability
The online interview experience overall was good and fast. The system was easy to log onto, and the interview was convenient as it did not have a set time and only required you to do it within 48 hours.
