"Disorganized chaos, zero respect for candidates – total ghosting"
I applied to ideyaLabs Hyderabad expecting a professional, face-to-face process. They promised a one-day wrap-up. Day 1: I cleared two solid rounds—first technical discussion, second a full task I completed perfectly. Only managerial + HR left.
Instead, they dragged me back next Monday—again, face-to-face. Threw in another pointless technical re-interview (after everything was already done), followed by HR. Then—2-3 hours of sitting like a fool. "Manager's busy," they said. Sent me home.
Exit gate? HR calls: "Come back, he's free now." Another 45-60 min wait. "Go eat lunch." I finish—they go, "Head home, we'll update tomorrow."
After that? No call, no email, no sorry. I canceled real opportunities for this circus. If you're thinking of applying—don't. This place treats candidates like disposable trash. Save your dignity and run. Hard pass.

Bottom line: This isn't hiring—it's humiliation. If you're dumb enough to apply—good luck, you'll need it. They don't deserve your resume. Burn it instead.
