I applied online. I interviewed at innoscripta in Oct 2025
Interview
three key stages: it begins with an HR Discovery Call to introduce the company and discuss your background, followed by a 5-day React take-home case study to evaluate your technical skills. The process concludes with a Live Coding session with our Team Lead to review your logic and collaboration style. after final interview I sent 2 emails to the HR asking for the status but no response at all, no acceptance or rejection and that was completely not professional it's fine if someone been rejected but just tell about the status so we can know what to do next and not just waiting.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at innoscripta in Oct 2025
Interview
The HR stage was just about the HR asking me about 15-20 technical questions when it shouldn't be so, and when i asked a technical question just to know if she's fit to be asking be those technical questions, i was told it's the role of the engineering team to respond to that question, if you knew that why ask technical questions and not behavioural or culture fit questions?.Also she seemed robotic as if she was reading the question from a generative AI so there's a possibility she doesn't know what to look for and was expecting exact wordings
