The interview process was smooth and fast-moving. From the first screening to the final interview, the team was very welcoming and I was able to openly express myself. Overall a positive experience, would recommend to anyone considering applying.

I believe the worst interview experience i have got. They are not looking for somebody to hire. I reject their four days take home task, they reach me via very unprofessional and very rude recruiter, as i told i reject first but she reached me 2 weeks later again and said without task they accepted to interview. I also accept this approach but they didnt come the day that they told before and postpone the interview without inform me. Despite all these i entered the interview on time. Asked DLQ and kafka related question to paste AI and ask ai with prompt, they said we want to see how your prompts works. but they asked system design question with kafka. AI architecture related questions (RAG, MCP). I explain all but as i told before they were not looking for somebody to hire. They send me feedback with AI written. Very blurry questions very shady process. Dont do their take home tasks its scam.
