iplicit interview questions

Coming from a background in recruitment, I was truly impressed by the quality, transparency, care and attention showed by iplicit during the interview process. Even when being asked questions that usually are considered to be more intense, or difficult to answer, it was delivered in a way that felt constructive, like the interviewer really did want to get the best answer out of me and not just a tick box exercise.

I was contacted by a recruiter and presented the job offer for iplicit. I found that the interview process was very relaxed and felt like the employer really wanted to get to know me and my past achievements. There were 2 simple technical questions for my role also.
