Interview
I am not satisied with the experience.
The first interview was a phone call with the CTO (...okay...) where he told me absolutely everything that could be found on their website. The conversation condacuted by him was more than casual (in a negative way). He also mentioned that "time is money", so he does not want to interview candidates who he thinks that are not qualified. I understand that, but I have qualified for the next rownd. However after that I never received any answer from them, so a thanks for wasting my time.
The next interview was with two guys, one a Android dev, one a java dev. I aapplied for a .NET dev .... ....
And the dicussion was a very cassual one, as of course they were not the right persons for interviewing me.
Overall I got the feeling of a considerable amount of lack of organization. I hope the reader undesrtand what I mean, when I say it verd diplomatical that the conversation of the interview was more than casual.
