      Es handelte sich um ein fünfstufiges Vorstellungsgespräch, einen sehr zeitintensiven Prozess. Teil davon war ein einstündiges „Conversational Interview“ mit zwei potenziellen Teamkollegen. Da in Deutschland noch kein Team existiert, fand dieses Interview mit Kollegen aus dem UK-Team statt, was grundsätzlich nachvollziehbar ist. Da ich die gleiche Rolle seit mehreren Jahren ausübe, wäre die Stelle fachlich und persönlich ein 100-prozentiger Fit gewesen. Ich bin mit hoher Motivation in das Gespräch gegangen, wurde jedoch von einem der beiden Kollegen derart herabwürdigend behandelt, dass dies nicht nur enttäuschend, sondern in meinen Augen fast schon geschäftsschädigend wirkt. Der andere Kollege verhielt sich sachlich und professionell. Die Atmosphäre war von Anfang an angespannt, wodurch ich nur eingeschränkt die Möglichkeit hatte, mich angemessen zu präsentieren. Trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage bei der Recruiterin habe ich bis heute keine genauen Gründe für die Absage erhalten und bislang auch keine Reaktion auf meine E-Mails. Ich hatte ein anderes Erlebnis erwartet, insbesondere im Hinblick darauf, dass in Deutschland ein motiviertes Team aufgebaut werden soll.
