Interview
The interview consisted of 2 parts:
1. A one-on-one interview with HR, which was pleasant and professional.
2. A programming test which was to build a chat app without socket technology. Save the messages to a DB of your choice and display different users.
Afterwards, the team leader made a code-review of the app. The code-review was professional but consisted of a lot of irrelevant questions to the job, which were mathematical/analytical.
There were 3 technical interviews, 1 department directors interview, and 1 hr interview. The technical interviews and directors were on zoom. The hr was in person in the TEL Aviv office

relatively straight forward interview was mostly about internal parts of monday.com system and very close to day to day work, though i didn't like as much the part where the interview was leetcode style

First step is telephone interview with recruiter. Second is zoom interview with developer. Developer say few words about himself and company. Also he asks you about your experience and then he give you task to solve.
