Interview
A recruiter reached out to me to see if I was interested. I did a recorded interview process, then chatted with a recruiter, and a 1-hr interview with the hiring manager. Was rejected after the hiring manager. I applaud them for their transparency when it comes to recruiting by giving timely notifications about the employment process. Prepare by practicing some of the behavioral questions on this page. It was about a half month process, prepare for 5 or more interviews.

What are two things your former manager thinks you are good at and two things you could improve upon.
Went through a 3 different rounds of interviews which included a home assignment after the first one - starting from a phone one, then the team leader, then the department manager. All were pleasant and professional.
The second interview also included explaining and analyzing the home assignment i did.
I unfortunately fell at the end of the final interview due to "estimated inability to work in a team and not a manager" but the let-down was also professional and impressive.

HR phone call, assignment, first interview with team lead, another interview with team lead. I had 3 -4 days to complete the assignment, I enjoyed the challenge. The first two interviews were hard.
