The process consisted in 4 main steps:
1) Initial interview with HR to make sure my expertise and values were aligned with the company;
2) Structured Interview with a Designer and HR to talk more about my experience as a designer;
3) Trial Day with some meetings and tasks to meet the team and understand their main challenges;
4) Call where the HR made the final offer.
The Talent Acquisition Manager, Vanessa, always made sure everything worked for both of us, considering my different timezone.
All the process took about 1 month and a half, but they explained me everything I needed to know and gave me feedbacks during the process regarding the nexts steps and how long it would take.
