Application
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ustwo (London, England (UK)) in July 2016.
Interview
The company took a few days to answer the application email and a skype call was set on the day after with two of the lead artists. They were very informal, kind and asked a few questions regarding my previous experience and artistic style and influences. In the end I didn't get the job because I lacked experience but overall the experience was very enlightening(they took a week or two to send a feedback email).

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at ustwo (Sydney (Australia)) in May 2018.
Interview
Interviewed with internal recruiter that kept rescheduling. Move on to the next stage which was an on site interview with management around previous experience, skills and behavioural questions. Asked for feedback after two weeks, radio silence after a month with a email saying position has been filled. Not the most professional recruiter/team out there imo.
Interview wasn't the best experience as they don't seem to have the people skills to work with clients. Inner city hipster attitude perhaps.

The interview process made sense and didn't seem over the top. I got to meet the lead and the rest of the team. Their office space is very nice.

I applied online. I interviewed at ustwo (Sydney (Australia)) in March 2019.
Interview
After submitting my application, I was contacted by Diana (Sydney recruiter) via email and she requested that we meet via Google Hangouts. I had to select a date and time that worked from her calendar and there was no availability for nearly a full week- first thoughts: how inefficient for all parties involved. Nevertheless, it gave me ample time to get my head around this rather unusual platform for an interview- fair enough, they're a modern, inner-city design studio- it's no surprise they've requested for their applicants to use this relatively unknown software, so I made sure I'd got to grips with how to use it several days in advance. I eagerly awaited for mine and Diana's meetup on the given date and 10 minutes before the agreed time of 10am. 25 minutes later, and no Diana. I called the studio (no answer), so I headed to my inbox to email Diana: turns out she had already emailed me to let me know that Google was down and that she had no contingency in place for her rather, er.... ineffective method of communications. Feeling pretty annoyed (I had rescheduled my day to accommodate for this meeting), I was determined to reschedule the meeting in another format. I suggested to Diana that we stick to a more traditional phone call later that day, she eagerly agreed that this was a good idea and we set the time for 2pm. Fantastic! Rescheduling my day, once again, I made the time and effort to situate myself ready for the phone meeting, confident that Diana would like me and invite me for a face-to-face interview soon. I was ecstatic- despite the mornings' hiccup I was feeling great about the job role and the company and I was convinced I'd finally found the job for me. However, this time Diana completely stood me up..... what was the excuse this time?!! She just failed to turn up..... I called her and it went straight to voicemail. I never did hear back from her. This was five days ago. I gave her the opportunity to contact me and to apologise, and yet I just heard nothing from her at all. I am astounded that a professional representative of a company can show such disgusting and unprofessional behaviour, as if job hunting isn't hard enough. For her to treat hard-working applicants like this is totally unacceptable. Ustwo maybe you need to reconsider your company representatives. I'm not sure if it's arrogance or what, but if this is how Diana treats the people in her professional and/or personal life, then I think she owes a lot of people apologies and she ought to reconsider her life choices.

Interview
Worst interview ever.
I would not recommend this company.
It seems that interviewers don't really care about you.
When I sent my CV, first of all I received a test task. Just straight away, without any introductions about the company or a job. They didn't even asked me if I have time to do it.
Ok, I asked some questions about it but hadn't received any reply. Ok. I figured all possible answers by myself, completed test task and sent it to them. After one week they said it is ok and I was invited to on-site interview in London. But I applied online and previously said that I'm not in UK right now !! Seemed that they again didn't pay any attention. Then they said that it's ok and I was invited to Skype interview. It was ok.
After it, in a week or two I got rejected. They said that I hadn't done test task well. Said some things which I really didn't understand. I asked them some questions about them but didn't receive anything!
So, why is it worst interview ever? Because I just spent a lot of time, 3 weeks to be honest, and didn't get anything in reply. Just ignorance. In my case it is the worst quality.

Interview
Very brief interview. In my case, I wasn't what they are looking for - a reality check (mirror-mirror on the wall!) while waiting for my interviewers told me that I do look like a grand-dad visiting the kindergarten. [I'm mid forties and their average age seems to be way under thirty:)]
Thank you for the very-very good coffee!
They were kind enough to show me around at the end of the interview:
at this point in time they are far more 'agile' than any other company I personally visited in Britain!
Keep it up, guys :)
PS: On the train back home I already advised the parents of a young Animation Design student to pass him the name of Ustwo for an internship - yes, they impressed me that much :)
Interview
I had two Skype calls: the first one with the Director of Games and the Technical Director (who I got to know in person, before), the second one with 2 senior programmers of the dev team.
They were both great.
We were sharing the same vision about the developing process (including agile) and the same passion for games.
Unfortunately, somebody else had more experience and advanced in the hiring process instead of me.
The following feedback (which I requested) to explain their reasons to interrupt the process was punctual, quick and extremely kind.
It was a really good experience.

I've never seen anyone so cheaty and sneaky like their in house recruiter was. Company and role sounds interesting but recruiter is big shame of company.
I applied online and recruiter called me next day for interview. I agreed and showed up on site. Technical interview went well. At the end I asked recruiter about rate and start date. She said she doesn't know when would be start date. Might be soon might be later, never know. What a professional!
