This was an initial interview prior to a spreadsheet test. Consisted of general competency based questions, like what are your long term goals, what is your biggest strength and weaknesses, do you have any previous experience and academic information.

Great interview process, felt like just a chat whilst gaining knowledge of my experience. Heard back quickly and everything was efficient in getting the training. All the guys in training have worked within the company and share experience
