Found in LinkedIn. Fast process, friendly atmosphere. A first, short telephone screening and then an on-site interview with the hiring manager and the head of the business unit. All very common questions, tell me about yourself, how do you fit the position, main motivation, match to company culture, salary expectation, first possible starting date. Received an offer by the end of the week.

There was one 20 minutes phone interview and an 1 hour video interview. A lot of information about the position was given in the video interview. There are only behavioral questions and no case studies. It took about 2 weeks for them to give a negative feedback, which I think was a bit long.
