It took roughly 6 weeks from the time I submitted an application to receive an invitation to interview. The first interview was with a HR representative. It was quite formal and extremely fast paced (many rapid fire questions). Overall the representative was clear and concise. It was helpful to understand how the firm is structured into various studios. Unfortunately, though the job description noted the projects would be mainly residential focused, the position was actually for a hospitality focused team with a few residential projects. They also ask what the pay expectation is, come prepared with a response and make sure it does not exceed what is listed on the job description.
