Initially, a phone screen, then a system design, afterwards a standard LeetCode style interview, then an ML interview for an ML-related roles, and then lastly an exec interview which would be in person. The interviews are subject to the role, but the format should be similar to what I’ve just laid out.

Interview
Did a hiring manager conversation then a technical screen. The screening interview was a project deep dive. They asked me to focus on my specific contributions and the most difficult technical challenges.
The interview process was refreshingly direct. We reviewed various technologies, walked through a focused system-design question, and completed a small whiteboard coding challenge. The whole conversation felt grounded in real engineering work rather than abstract puzzles
