Initial Screening

Technical Phone/Video Screen
Next comes a technical conversation with a senior developer or team lead. They'll ask about your experience with C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, databases, and recent projects. Don't worry - they want to see your problem-solving approach, not just perfect answers. Be ready to discuss challenges you've overcome and technologies you're excited about.
Coding Assessment
Many companies include a coding challenge, either live or take-home. These typically involve:
Building a small web API or console application
Working with Entity Framework or database operations
Implementing common patterns like dependency injection
Writing clean, testable code
This was a very welcoming and easygoing interview process. The interviewers were trying to discuss with me. The questions were also accommodating. Overall the process were very smooth. I was satisfied at their behavior.

Interview
Mehrstufiger Bewerbungsprozess mit Einzelinterviews auf C-Level bzw. Gründer Ebene. Über einen Bekannten, der ebenfalls im Unternehmen arbeitet kam der Kontakt zustande. Die interne HR Person rief mich umgehend an und klopfte einpaar Basics zum Thema Gehaltsrahmen/Verfügbarkeit, etc. ab. Im Grunde lief es wie ein Pitch ab, hoher Gestaltungsraum und sehr konstruktive Gespräche.
