CAD Designers are a crucial part of any design team. They bring all the ideas of the team to life in a digital world. From there actual physical prototypes can be manufactured. Ultimately leading to full-scale production

Experience with the CAD process can be enough to land you a job with some employers, but having a minimum of a 2-year degree in CAD Design will take you further in your career. Some employers prefer a bachelor's or advanced degrees and certifications. Having experience and certification in multiple software systems is a big plus.
