Responsibilities for Medical Records Clerk

  • Gather patient demographic and personal information
  • Distribute medical charts to the appropriate departments of the hospital

  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in computer programs, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
