GeneMarie brings a people-centered approach to HR, with deep experience supporting teams in customer-focused organizations. Most recently, she served as SVP and Head of Human Resources at FULLBEAUTY Brands and previously led Human Resources for the Americas at Godiva Chocolatier giving her a strong understanding of the care, collaboration, and craftsmanship behind retail and manufacturing environments. Her career also includes leadership roles at Ralph Lauren and nearly a decade with the National Basketball Association (NBA), where she supported the league’s first retail operation and continued developing her passion for helping people and businesses grow together.
