I have been working at Abebooks full-time (More than 3 years)

    Beautiful office overlooking the ocean
Teams work together to support each other
Focus on a positive work environment
Opportunities to have fun and develop good relationships with coworkers
    Regular structured raises and reviews

Small company, so internal opportunities for growth and development, moving to other teams, etc, are very limited, even as part of Amazon.
Focus on frugality and need-to-do, not always room for creativity or relaxation

    Advice to Management

Continue to reward and develop the talent that you have as well as bringing in new candidates

    Easy Interview

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Abebooks (London, England (UK)) in April 2016.

I applied online through Abebook's website and they responded in a week with a time for a phone interview. The connection was somewhat glitching, but overall it was an easy interview.

Following that they organized a series of in-house interviews that revolved mostly around my past experience and previous work. Questions seemed to revolve around Amazon principles with a constant focus of past situations.

Overall the process was fun and the interviewers were nice and friendly.
