    Pros

Small and flexible place to work...big enough to have good benefits and small enough to be flexible

    Cons

Because it is small, good attendance is an important piece of their expectations

    Advice to Management

    Continue to make incremental improvement

    Production Planner Interview

Anonymous Employee in Saint Louis, MO
    Accepted Offer
    Positive Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bitrode (Saint Louis, MO) in April 2010.

    Interview

I was pulled in the office by the GM and CFO. I was asked to accept a salaried position for the work I was doing plus add more responsibilities. It was very laid back.

    Interview Questions

    • None to speak of. I was working in that capacity without the actual title.   Answer Question

    Negotiation

It was all they could offer for the time being. I was promised a raise within the next six months. I accepted on that basis.
