Description Centria Healthcare was founded in 2009 as a provider of Pediatric Nursing and Catastrophic Injury Care. One of Centria's early pediatric patients required Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy, which gave birth to the Autism Services branch of the company in 2010.

Today, Centria Autism operates in 12 states and employs more than 5,000 full and part-time people who are dedicated to serving the clients we are honored to work with.

Centria Healthcare has been accredited by The Joint Commission (JCAHO) and the Behavior Health Centers of Excellence (BHCOE).

Creating tailored ABA Therapy behavior plans that directly address each child's specific needs.
Providing expert supervision during therapy sessions, offering invaluable guidance in ABA principles to both Behavior Technicians and parents.
Conducting thorough behavioral assessments to establish a precise baseline for each client and meticulously track their developmental progress.

Centria Autism Behavior Technicians deliver essential one-on-one support to children with autism, skillfully applying ABA techniques to foster independence in everyday life. Every Behavior Technician receives comprehensive training in the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy, a proven method that breaks down complex skills and behaviors into manageable, achievable steps. Their key responsibilities include:

Delivering consistent in-home or in-center therapy sessions, typically lasting 2–5 hours.
Utilizing ABA Therapy strategies to enhance each child's abilities in critical areas such as communication, emotional regulation, learning, information processing, and socialization.
Maintaining accurate digital records of each child’s daily progress, providing valuable data for ongoing program adjustments.
