    Pros

Family atmosphere, plenty of training and great people! Regular company outings and parties. Employees are valued and we all share in the success of the company.
CEO and Owner are both amazing leaders with great vision.
This small company is a gem and leader in the marketplace!!!

    Cons

Parking is a challenge but thats to be expected downtown. The website is a little outdated and could use a makeover.

    Advice to Management

    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Component Control (San Diego, CA) in January 2011.

    Interview

The interview was great, got the opportunity to meet with all of team and got a great breakdown of the job. Also, got 1:1 interview with all of team members and didn't have to panel interview. Then had to opportunity to see the software system and walk through a demo with the boss.
