    The interview was great, got the opportunity to meet with all of team and got a great breakdown of the job. Also, got 1:1 interview with all of team members and didn't have to panel interview. Then had to opportunity to see the software system and walk through a demo with the boss.

    I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Component Control (San Diego, CA) in August 2011.

    Interview

    The main thing is you take an IQ type test, with basic math and word problems. The hiring managers ask pretty standard questions. They do not really have strong interview skills so you can control the interview if you are skilled enough. The interview is pretty short, they are always looking for Customer Support people due to the high turnover.
