Our office is located in the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood, where we are treated to a panoramic view of Downtown Los Angeles, Culver City, and the Hollywood Hills. We pride ourselves on cultivating a relaxed atmosphere: we dress casually, bring our dogs to work, and eat a catered lunch together at least twice a week.

I have been working at Criteria full-time (Less than a year)
I have been working at Criteria for less than a year. Criteria invests in its employees and makes every individual feel like they are a valued asset to the organization. The benefits are amazing and the office is dog friendly!! Besides the benefits, I believe in Criteria’s mission and my coworkers are genuine, all around cool people. In addition, the workplace environment is transparent and welcoming. Extremely happy to be working here and hopefully for many more years to come!
Just like any company with rapid growth, change is imminent. Changes to daily processes can get complicated at times, so you have to be willing to adjust.

I applied online. I interviewed at Criteria.
They use their own test that they sell to other companies to speed read candidates and filter them out from the job application pool. The test consists of 4 sections, a logic test full of puzzles and grammar comprehension type questions, an internet test, an software test and a psych test.
The test failed to test for the one major component of the job which is people and communication skills which is a major facet of managing clients as an account manager. It also had a major bug in it. Anytime you would scroll down to read the rest of the questions it auto selects one of the multiple choice questions. There is no way to go back if the wrong answer is selected.
