Trust in advertising is growing… with TV charging ahead. The Advertising Association today released its new Credos Trust Tracker data for 2025, showing that trust in ads continues to grow, with 40% of people now trusting the ads they come across. According to the data, trust in TV grew faster between 2021 and 2025 than in any other medium (46% trust for TV ads) - including online ads (31%) and social media ads (27%) – with TV notably the most trusted medium among 18-34s (62% trust).
