Description Beaver Dam Community Hospitals, (BDCH) formed in 1972 to provide medical services for the residents of south central Wisconsin. The medical center includes the 60-bed Beaver Dam Community Hospital as well as its Hillside Manor skilled nursing facility. Other facilities include an assisted living retirement center, community-based residential facilities, home health care services, and a wellness center. BDCH also operates FastCare clinics in two towns and a dialysis center. BDCH has invested in an electronic medical records system and upgrades to its dialysis services.
