Description There is no School of Cheese in the University of Wisconsin System (UW System), but there are 13 four-year universities, 13 two-year campuses, and a statewide extension program. The UW System is one of the largest public university systems in the US, with about 180,000 students. Its top school is UW at Madison, which offers more than 400 undergraduate majors, master's degree programs, and doctoral programs to some 42,000 students. The system's other major campus is UW at Milwaukee, with about 30,000 students. The UW System has a student-teacher ratio of 17:1.
