Home Health United is a well established health care organization serving Wisconsin. Our professionals provide a comprehensive variety of in-home services. The home care team is made up of RNs, Medical Social Workers, Occupational, Physical & Speech Therapists, Home Health Aides, Spiritual & Grief, etc. Our Hospice staff is dedicated to helping individuals facing terminal illness to experience the best quality of life possible. Our Home Medical Equipment company has an extensive supply of home medical equipment & supplies to assist patients with care as well as increase mobility, safety, independence & comfort. The Infusion Pharmacy is a licensed pharmacy that provides intravenous (IV) medications, nutritional support, infusion pumps, supplies & infusion therapy management. Community Health Services provides services and programs for people of all ages including immunization clinics, Meals on Wheels, Personal Emergency Response systems, Safe At Home program, and foot care clinics.
