Applied on line and a week later received a phone call from HR to set up a phone interview. 4 days later a live interview with the hiring manager and HR. Received offer letter the following day via email. Cold process. The hiring manager did not ever call or talk to me again until I started training. There is no negotiating-it's an offer with a link to click yes or no.

Formal in-person interview. Typical interview questions. Hiring manager seemed fake or disingenuous. Talked a lot about how great the company is and that they are growing rapidly. Position had been open for quite awhile, hard time finding qualified candidates according to HR person. Lasted about 40 minutes
