When we opened our doors in 2010, we never imagined our community would be as receptive as it is today. What started as a small family business born from our personal passion of helping others, transformed into what our clients call an oasis of health in the Bronx, and now Central Harlem we knew we wanted to create a unique space that was seen nowhere else in New York City, and we achieved it.
My Wellness Solutions is truly all encompassing of what is preventative, complimentary and alternative medicine as it combines the availability of the best quality natural supplements with an educated staff that provides superior services that include nutritional counseling, detox, cleansing, acupuncture, colonics and many others.
