🎾 Our META team usually quietly finds you the easiest way to compare flight and hotel prices, but this week they’ve been making a “racquet”. They joined the other 4 million people (and growing) on the planet in playing Padel at a specially created doubles META team tournament in Como. The focus was on being a team player, so following a Round-Robin format, the eventual winner, and all their partners on the way to victory, were rewarded. 🙌 Everyone in the team, no matter their ability got the chance to take part (and even had a pre-tournament lesson). Today we announced our unaudited results for the first half of 2024. Our core product, Dynamic Holiday Packages (DP), remains the primary engine of our Group, counterbalancing a softer-than-expected H1 2024. As our CEO Luca Concone commented: “The results of the first half of 2024 confirm our strategic decision to focus on our core product, Dynamic Holiday Packages. Our proprietary DP technology - paired with a vast inventory and supply, exclusive Fintech solutions, and the regulatory advantage of being one of the few fully licensed European Tour Operators - makes us stand out in the competitive OTA sector. The area was once renowned for its lakes before many disappeared due to climate change and urbanisation. 40 of our passionate hashtag#PinkPeople volunteered to spend the day learning about the lake’s unique habitat, planting trees along its scenic bed, and supporting the long-term vitality of the lake and its ecosystem.
