    Pros

Determined to take the company to the next level in customer experience, mobile developments, and consolidation of applications to streamline effectiveness, and improve inventory.

    Cons

Much expertise is going/has gone due to restructuring by Italian owners to make us leaner but potentially leaving the company exposed.

    Advice to Management

Clear directive on future plans & strategy. Needs a more professional approach with defined processes and procedures. A .com which should be dynamic and responsive also needs structure.

    Pros

Great team and enviroment to work in. Oppurtunities for personal and professional development is huge for the fact that we are part of the travelocity/Sabre-Holdings group.

As the company itself is so large, the communication from senior management and the CEO's is amazingly good. There are 4 or so intranet sites to keep all employee's of the different umbrella's of the group being kept up to date.

    Cons

Benefits and compensations are good but in comparison to other companies in the travel sector they are not the greatest.

We have a choice of 1 of 3 for benefits: pension, health care or fitness.

    Advice to Management

Keep it up - but try and hold off on the redundancies and job moves to India!

    Pros

    - you learn a lot of stuff

    Cons

    - harsh internal competition from your own colleagues (backstabbing)
    - very high expectations comparing to wages and big volume of work per employee
    - low to none salary raise per year
    - not so friendly environment
    - some team leaders have no leader skills whatsoever
    - a slow system in general; difficult to propose changes and new implementations
    - few to none promotion possibilities
    - no incentives or bonuses (don't feel motivated)
    - office is outside Madrid. Takes 1 hour to commute

    Advice to Management

    - make a more dynamic and efficient collaboration between departments
    - make performance evaluations (some are just incompetent and unprofessional)
    - be more professional and not just subjective (italian style of working)

    Pros

People, people, people. Best team I have ever worked with. Great perks and lots of career advancement and learning opportunities.

    Cons

Pay is ridiculously low, strong team members left purely because they were financially undervalued

    Advice to Management

You have a great brand and a great team please stop preying on the desire to work for an iconic brand by underpaying market value. You treat everyone with integrity and respect and if you fixed this crucial point your attrition would drastically improve.
