Description TechServ Consulting and Training, Ltd was established in November 1992. In the past 20 years, TechServ has grown to over 600 highly experienced employees in 20 states supporting the electric utility industry. Services provided are transmission construction oversight and coordination, distribution design, joint use administration, wind farm construction oversight, telecommunication and training. TechServ has experienced tremendous growth in the past three years as a result of our dedication to excellence and attention to detail. We are a registered engineering firm in Texas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma.
