Give more money to those who deserve it the most
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Geotech Engineering (Chantilly, VA) in January 2008.
Talked to the recruiter, talked to an HR person at the company then phone interview with two of the bosses at the company. Offered me the position conditional on a visit to their office to meet them - but wanted me to pay expenses for the visit.
Reasons for Declining
Wanted me to pay for a visit to come and see them.
