Advice to Management
Vary the music that's played in the office
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hardin Design & Development (Madison, WI) in September 2013.
They called me and asked me a few technical questions and about my hours and next sent me an email to interview in person. The in person interview had just one technical question and other questions like "What is an example of an app that you would change?" Overall it was a great experience and really easy going process. I just showed how enthusiastic I was and how much I loved mobile technology.
I was sent the offer and asked if I would like to work there. I did not do any negotiating because I did not think it was necessary. They asked me how many hours I would like to work and that was it.
