Interview45 minutes phone screen, two algorithm questions. Was told not move forward by them even though I think I have demonstrated my strong ability to crack the problems. It's nothing big to fail an interview especially putting that the tech limitations of the interviewer was betrayed by the interview process. The interviewer feels unprepared when I tried to clarify some corner cases with him and couldn't even make it clear when asked about the dayly working technology stacks he is using later on. I decided to give a voted down here for this company for the reason no other than making things fare :P
