I worked at Knowledge Learning full-time (More than 3 years)
Knowledge Learning Corporation was a very good company to work for. They were a fair employer. They cared about employees. Cared about children. Had very good benefits. Good pay.
The company was great, but they were bought out by KinderCare and relocated to Portland, Oregon. So, the corporate offices were closed, and I was laid off.
Advice to Management
No advice to management. Management was fair and good to work for. They offered competitive salaries and good benefits. They cared about their employees. They even cared enough to offer severance to employees being let go.
They were very nice. I called to ask if they were hiring and they were. I came for an interview and was immediately hired on the spot. I knew that I was going to be happy there after meeting with the director. We all became family immediately after I was hired. I really enjoyed my time there.
