    Approves of CEO

I have been working at LifeScript full-time

Some growing pains but overall this company is exciting and challenging. Lots of opportunity if your the kind of person who takes the ball and runs with it. Management driven and passionate about building the business. CEO can be demanding but is also fun and hosts many company events.

There is a lot to do and can be a lot of pressure. Tempers flair sometimes but to be expected with things moving so quickly.

    Account Coordinator Interview

    Average Interview

I applied through other source. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at LifeScript (Mission Viejo, CA) in June 2014.

I had a quick phone interview to screen, and then a very long (2 hrs?) in-person interview with several people. Very efficient, I talked to the VP, the SVP, and several "executers" that could tell me about my expected day-to-days. No need to come back, they got everyone through the room in one visit. Everyone was very pleasant, very fun. I felt comfortable. No stiff, standard "What are your weaknesses" questions. They asked about things that actually matter. I could tell they really wanted to learn what I was interested in, and they were looking for personality. Very good experience.

Very easy. Pleasant and quick to work with. Quite understanding and accommodating.
