Casual dress (I'll die in cargo shorts and flip flops), awesome culture, very relaxed and casual, can be myself, always gotten help when I needed it, free $10 every month to spend in the mini stores, commission plan to make Jordan Belforte jealous, super easy to get to (right off a major highway), very , very awesome team mates to work with (everyone in my original training class still hangs out together) positive encouragement when you do well. I've had VP's and directors pull me aside to tell me good job. It's also in a super nice area, lots of choices for lunch. Work requirements are minimal compared to other inside sales jobs that I've had, and the ramp up time is very achievable, hit my quota every month so far.
Being a new person, I hear a lot from the veterans how much this place has changed, and they are changing, and I feel it's for the better, just a little unsure of the future. Do have to say that all the changes have benefited me as a new person. New commission plan didn't roll out when it was supposed to, and had to wait another 15 days to get what I thought I was going to get, but not the end of the world. Good salaries here to fall back on.
Advice to Management
Some of us have experience. While we are all here to learn and do things the Multiview way and need the training, please let us keep our own personal styles of selling, especially if it's working. Other than that, I can't remember a more kick butt company I've worked for in the last 10 years. NO THEY DID NOT MAKE ME WRITE THIS. I'm basing this off the fact with the new commission plan, last month I went over my quota and made 76% commission. This month, same thing. Pure and simple.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at MultiView (Las Colonias, TX) in February 2017.
