    I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at OneSource Virtual (Dallas, TX).


    First, I did two online assessments. One was math problems, mostly algebra and logic. The other was a personality assessment

    Then I was invited to a college recruiting event, where you're kind of like speed dating with two-three people from various teams and are answering one interview question alongside three other candidates. You do this about 10 times. It was kind of uncomfortable since you're answering in front of the other candidates.

    One thing to note, in the presentation, they were clear that if you take the position, your employment is contingent on passing the certification test, and if you fail they'll have to talk about you not working there. In addition, there are two parts of the test, and you must pass both parts to continue working there.

    At the end, they give you a goodie bag with an amazon gift card in it, which was pretty cool.

    Afterwards, I was invited back to do three one-on-one interviews with their leadership team. One of them asks you a brain teaser to see how you would react and think through it. Nothing too hard, mostly behavioral questions.

    Then, I received an offer from the recruiter that was non-negotiable. The recruiter was kind of rude when I was hesitant on accepting and told me that "if you dont want this position, I can easily find someone else". That definitely left a bad impression on me when deciding whether to move forward. The recruiter also only gave me two days to accept, even though they took two months to finish the process and took weeks to get back to me. They also didnt answer any of my questions about the offer before I had to accept.

    The whole process took about 2 months.
