Founded in 2008, OSV started out as a disruptive and innovative force in the HR outsourcing market offering a cloud-based alternative to traditional business process outsourcing. Built on the Workday application, OSV creates solutions that empower customers to become strategic HR organizations and then scales with them as they grow. To date, OneSource Virtual offers HR outsourcing, IT outsourcing, Finance and Accounting outsourcing and consulting solutions and services to more than 370 customers that represent approximately 35% of Workday’s customer base.

OSV Cares about the communities in which we operate, in alignment with our value, “Seek the best for others.”  OSV Cares, our philanthropic initiative, engages our employees in each of our geographic locations to give back to the local communities. We seek to act as a beacon of service to drive a philanthropic culture through servant leadership that empowers giving. 

In Q1 2017 our OSV Cares team members led these philanthropic initiatives:  

  • Our Dallas office hosted a fun chili cookoff which raised significant funds for Junior Achievement
  • Our Derry, NI employees hosted a Coffee, supported St. Joseph’s Career Carousel and “Be a Saint” day.
  • Our Mesa, AZ team held a blood drive in support of the American Red Cross also held a bake sale to benefit Junior Achievement
  • Our Charlotte-Area home-based employees participated in a local Bowl-A-Thon benefitting Junior Achievement of Central Carolinas. 

In Q2, our employees participated in the following:

  • Our Mesa employees conducted a bottled water drive which donated 10,682 water bottles to St. Vincent de Paul and volunteered at JA Biztown.
  • The Derry team donated 200 Easter eggs to the Foyle Foodbank for distribution to families in need, volunteered at Silver Surfer’s day to assist seniors in navigating the internet and helped at ‘Give and Gain Day’ at a local park.  In addition, the AMS team hosted an afternoon tea which raised money for Foyle Search and Rescue.
  • Our home-based employees supported a ‘Sleeves Up’ virtual blood drive benefitting the American Red Cross.
  • The Dallas team hosted a blood drive/raffle to benefit American Red Cross, which garnered 30 pints of blood and earned funds for American Red Cross Disaster Relief.  

Q3 2017 activities included:

  • Our Mesa Employees hosted snack shop and donated the proceeds to American Red Cross disaster relief.
  • On August 8th the London office participated in a CPR training with the British Heart Foundation, one of our clients.  In addition, the London team will partner with the Workday team to participate in the London Tough Mudder on September 16.   The Tough Mudder is a 12 mile mud and obstacle course which tests your strength, stamina and mental grit while encouraging teamwork and camaraderie.   Proceeds from this event will be donated to BHF.  Finally, a “Pennies from Heaven” campaign will be launched during National Payroll Week, also in support of BHF.
  • On September 28th our Atlanta HBEs will partner with JA Biztown/Finance Park to help students strengthen their entrepreneurial skills and financial literacy.
  • Our Dallas team hosted a ‘Tailgating Party’ fundraiser on 9/7 over the lunch hour to jointly benefit our client, Goodwill of Indiana, as well as the American Red Cross disaster relief.  Employees enjoyed hamburgers/veggie burgers fresh off the grill, played assorted games and held a cake walk.  Employees enthusiastically dunked four ELT members in the dunking booth.  In addition, 5 of our Dallas employees were able to volunteer at the Red Cross shelter to support the hurricane evacuees. Significant funds were raised to support these worthwhile charities.

OSV continuously searches for new opportunities to benefit our local communities in  Dallas, Mesa, London and Derry as well as the communities surrounding our home based employees.

At OneSource Virtual (OSV), we treasure the differences and diversity of our employees. But the common bond we all share is our values. Our ten core values keep us grounded and focused on what’s important, and how we work together to serve our customers. Each quarter, we recognize those employees that have demonstrated our values to an exemplary degree, and recognize them as Values Award Winners.

    The people are amazing and everyday they exemplify the company's 10 Core Values. They offer unlimited PTO and provide great Benefits. I like that they company actively give back to the community and love to partner with others. They foster a great collaborative work environment and offer a lot of flexibility. I enjoy my working experience at this company.


    I'm sure there are some because no company is perfect but I haven't experienced any at this time.
