The people are amazing and everyday they exemplify the company's 10 Core Values. They offer unlimited PTO and provide great Benefits. I like that they company actively give back to the community and love to partner with others. They foster a great collaborative work environment and offer a lot of flexibility. I enjoy my working experience at this company.
I'm sure there are some because no company is perfect but I haven't experienced any at this time.
Advice to Management
Communication is key at all levels
I applied online. I interviewed at OneSource Virtual (Irving, TX) in June 2017.
Interview simple: phone screening, 2 phone interviews and face to face. Be advised there is a credit check, background check and drug test. Be prepared to give an accurate account of education and employment.
